1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoons water
1 cup broccoli florets
½ large red bell pepper
1 medium garlic clove
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
6 shiitake mushrooms
1 cup bok choy or napa cabbage
3 tablespoons chicken broth or vegetable broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
Steps
Chop all the vegetables.
In a large skillet or wok combine, oil, water, broccoli, bell pepper, garlic and ginger and cook on medium heat for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cabbage and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Whisk together broth, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Add broth, soy sauce and cornstarch mixture to vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
