Oven Roasted Shrimp

This oven roasted shrimp appetizer is a beautiful balance of simplicity and sophistication. Ingredients

  • 2 dozen raw shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic or garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

  • Sliced green onions

  • Black pepper to taste

 

Steps

  1. Place foil on a large baking sheet

  2. Preheat oven to 375

  3. Place the shrimp in a medium bowl and toss all the ingredients together

    coating all the shrimp.

  4. Spread the shrimp with mixed ingredients on the baking sheet

  5. Place shrimp mixture in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes until pink

  6. Place on a medium serving platter

  7. Add sesame seeds and sliced green onions to top the shrimp
