Large piece of salmon, patted dry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of honey
A squeeze of lime
Sesame seeds
Green onion
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lay the piece of salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, a dash of honey and a squeeze of lime.
Gently pour the mixture over the salmon and brush it around to cover the entire salmon.
Cook for 12-16 minutes until salmon is flakey and cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle the green onions and sesame seeds on top of the salmon.
Place on a large platter and serve.
