Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • Large piece of salmon, patted dry

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Dash of honey

  • A squeeze of lime

  • Sesame seeds

  • Green onion

 

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Lay the piece of salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame oil, a dash of honey and a squeeze of lime.

  4. Gently pour the mixture over the salmon and brush it around to cover the entire salmon.

  5. Cook for 12-16 minutes until salmon is flakey and cooked through.

  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle the green onions and sesame seeds on top of the salmon.

  7. Place on a large platter and serve.
