Chicken & Pineapple Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 4 TBSP soy sauce

  • 3 TBSP honey

  • 2 cans of organic pineapple chucks

  • Salt to taste

 

Steps

  1. Kabob Skewers are soaked in water prior to cooking

  2. Slice chicken and pineapple into evenly sized cubes

  3. Place chicken and pineapple chucks in a 1-gallon zip lock bag or mixing bowl

  4. Mix well and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator

  5. Add chicken and pineapple alternating on the skewers

  6. Place kabobs in a 350-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes

    (Cooking time will vary depending on size of the chicken cubes)

    (Serve over rice) optional
