Baby Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby red potatoes, cut in half

  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 400 F

  2. In a large roasting pan, toss together the potatoes Parmesan, oil and salt and pepper.

  3. Roast stirring once until golden brown and crisp, 45 to 50 minutes
