Ingredients

  • 2 large rolls of goat cheese

  • 6 cups of assorted olives

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 baguettes

 

Steps

  1. Cut the baguettes in ½ inch slices

  2. Brush with extra virgin olive oil Broil on both sides and set aside

  3. Crumble Goat Cheese to cover the platter

  4. Chop assorted olives to cover the goat cheese

  5. Drizzle the extra virgin over the cheese and olives

  6. Microwave until hot and bubbling
